This is final release which contains changes introduced in testing releases 4.0.16.0, 4.0.17.0 and 4.0.18.0.

Installation:
1. Install Program
2. Run “NTLCrack.exe” And Select Your Operating System 32/64-Bit
3. Click On Search And Select The Seached DLL File
4. Click On “Check Now”
5. Now Run “Net Limiter 4”
6. Click “HELP” Then Click On “Register”
7. Now Type Any Name & Key
8. Done !
