To the downloaders: torcache is having major issues at this time. The download torrent tab works sometimes, and sometimes not. Sometimes when it works it is “0” bytes and gives a “bencoding” error. Other times, the torrent is regular size and downloads just fine. I have NO control over this. There is not a way to fix it from my end.
