2. Download the RAR Language(s) file(s) of your choice
3. Extract your RAR file to folder ‘Microsoft Office 2013 VL ProPlus (x86) July 2016’, it will place a (relatively) small ISO file and a batch file with the same name
4. Open the batch file and run it (no need to run as administrator), wait until it finishes and closes
