It’s better to install both 32bit + 64bit patch to fix this issue and select right installation directory of IDM if necessary, if you installed it on default location such as C: drive then no need to select any directory just install both patches to register IDM.

It doesn’t seem to work in Chrome and Opera (Up to date as of Sep-23-2016). For me, it works fine on IE and Firefox. Does this situation exists for anyone else?
it’s better to install/ activate idm extension in google chrome to make it working/ compatible with it.

I’ve successfully installed 6.26 build 3. At first the 32 bit patch didn’t work but then I opened the 64 bit patch and worked perfectly. One of the two patches always works to me.
64bit patch works for you because your version of windows is based on x64 or 64bit infrastructure, btw it’s really good to hear that idm is working perfectly for you as well…
Hi, could you please help me how to uninstall unused idm cracks, in my laptop intalled 6.25 crack 15-25 also 6.26 crack 1-2, without crashing idm app, win 7 ultimate 64 bit ?
Go to control panel and uninstall one by one, after removal of all the patches just install latest patch of idm 6.26 build 3 to reuse idm again.
It’s recommended for future as well, before apply new patch, uninstall previous

Now IDM kept on asking for username n password for seedbox even after filling in correct credential (ie I can download without IDM, so credential is good). I’ve been using this for years to max out my download from seedbox and this still works with one of my 24/7 nuc as I never updated it, so It can’t be my seedbox. Today I even tried the latest patch on a fresh VM and it’s the same thing, so is unrelated to windows…
I think i even tried the old patches too with same result, will try again on VM just to be sure…..

I’m afraid new patch does the same thing. Ended up using some random persons release on TPB on VM for my purpose. For daily browsing I still use your release as It’s updated frequently and nothing malicious as far as I can see. So keep it up. Very much appreciated.
