      Please go with the second option if you don’t have your own licensee key;
      it’s already described on installation screen;
      Here is reference:
      Which Edition should i install?
      1:Windows 8.1 Pro – STD = Standard Installation – For those with own License Key
      2:Windows 8.1 Pro – KMS = Activated by KMS
      3:Windows 8.1 Pro – OEM = Will be automatically activate if installing same version on original equipment
