Aiseesoft Video Enhancer incl Patch is a new media editor that has the necessary features for editing both home videos and not so much. The developer, when creating, did not begin to change the traditions in terms of the interface, he is the same as all similar programs in the entire line. Therefore, difficulties with mastering should not arise.
So far, the program does not have support for the Russian language, but I think it is possible that after the release of the final version it can still be there, I still hope so. The program supports a huge number of formats for converting video, below, under the spoiler, I give the whole impressive list, which is divided into groups in the program, which, in fact, you can see in the screenshots below.

As usual, you can customize each video format when converting to your liking, since the settings allow it. I would like to note a couple of program features that the developers claim. Here you can, in a couple of clicks, increase the video resolution, without losing quality, remove noise from the video, and optimize the brightness and contrast. As already mentioned, this is done in a couple of mouse clicks, which you can, again, see on the screenshots below.
The main thing, in my opinion, is hardware acceleration support on ATI / AMD / nVIDIA video cards. When you start the program, a warning can be issued that you can enable this function, after which you can be transferred to the site to download the necessary libraries to activate acceleration. Enabling acceleration can give you noticeable acceleration when encoding a video, so I do not think this feature is superfluous. In addition, the program can use all the processor cores, which again has a very great effect on the video processing process.
Finally, I want to say that there is also the possibility of “cutting” the video, which in principle is inherent in all editors. On this, I think you can finish this review. This development, of course, can find its user, which I can be glad to. Good luck to use!
